Went here with my daughter and had a lovely day. There was a friendly lady constantly cleaning all the time. Although we had a short wait for our spa treatment (short staffed and over worked) the lady I saw was lovely (Rosie?) Apologised for keeping us waiting and was very efficient. All in all we had a great day.

Its been 2 and a half years since going on a spa day and we can say, it was a pleasant day. There was a treatment time change but it was dye to circumstances beyond their control and it didn't ruin our day.
