Had a lovely welcome from the staff on reception who explained everything and where things were. Enjoyed the light lunch and facilities are fantastic. Treatments were great and we left feeling relaxed. Overall a lovely day and good value for money!

Attended Bannertyne spa Durham for the 1st time yesterday, was very pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Explained everything we would need to enjoy our experience. I found the communal areas, pool etc to be clean tidy, and welcoming. The spa treatments were excellent will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed our spa day from start to finish. Our treatments were great, the pool area (including steam, sauna room and Jacuzzi) and changing rooms were spotless. We loved the heated beds in the relaxation room, something we have never had before in other spas. We will definitely be back. 😁
