It’s that time of the month again!

No, not that time! Time to get over to the SpaSeekers Facebook Page and hit the ‘like’ button to be in with the chance of winning yet another amazing spa competition. Just ‘like’ us and write a comment about why you need, want, must have this spa break – then keep your fingers crossed!

This time we’re offering no less than FIVE lucky winners a brilliant spa day at the Aquila Spa at the Spread Eagle Hotel in Midhurst, West Sussex. Not only is the coaching-inn style hotel set in some gorgeous scenery in the new South Downs National Park, it’s also modern and relaxing with a chilled-out Scandinavian feel. The spa will be the perfect place to escape to if it’s all getting a bit too much –make the most of a day to yourself in peace and quiet!

This Reviver Spa Day (worth £99) will leave you feeling like a new woman (or man) as it includes a delicious full body massage and a facial, on top of a full day’s use of all the fabulous spa facilities. You can steam away your stress in the gorgeous marbled steam room, take a leisurely swim in the pool, chill out in the poolside lounge or be as energetic as you like in the spa’s air-conditioned fitness suite.

You’ll also get a delicious light lunch at the hotel, and a chance to unwind in style on us!

The competition runs from 1st – 30th June, and you know what to do….ready, set…GO!!!

I have to go for major surgery in July (fingers crossed, still waiting for the date) so a spa day pre or post op would be a wonderful and welcome respite, although if I were lucky enough to win I'd treat my friend, Katie, who has the dubious honour of taking me in, looking after me and trying to stop me doing too much to soon once I am released from hospital. Fingers crossed!

I would adore this spa break quite simply because i very rarely do get a break. I have 4 children 2 of whom have medical conditions so i spend a lot of time caring for them, getting up in the night too. I run around after the kids every day taking them on various activities, mountains of washing. I have no social life anymore lol. So i would love to go and chill and have a simple bit of me time so that i can feel rejuvenated for the next round of groundhog day!

Everyone needs a little time out to destress and unwind from their day to day stresses of life and I am no exception. With looking after kids, partner, house, doing work, bills etc it can all get a bit too much at times. I can not think of a better way to relax and unwind than a day spent at a Spa (somewhere I have never had the pleasure to try). To have the chance to go to a Spa would really be a dream come true for me.
