Check-in at Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa begins at 3pm for hotel rooms, while self-catering lodges are available from 4pm. Check-out time for everyone is 11am.

The main lodge and spa are generally accessible, with step-free entry to the reception and restaurant areas.
