I booked online, which was easy but I feel that it did not explain about booking the treatments.
We had a back, neck and shoulder massage and Faye the lady that did this was really lovely and myself and my friend felt really relaxed.
The afternoon tea was filling and very appetising.
The spa was very clean.
The swimming pool was warm but it would have been nice to have a Jacuzzi.
This was a Birthday present from my friend and we both had an excellent time.
We would definitely go back.
Booking experience not so good even in spa reception it was not correct. Treatment fantastic very clean and will return.
My mum and I booked in for a spa and overnight stay on the 8/10/17 for my birthday and could not fault anything.
Wonderful experience I had a wonderful facial my husband had a shoulder and back massage he said that was lovely too. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel was lovely, our room was really clean and had everything we needed food was really lovely and our breakfast was delicious.
Wow!! I booked the Princess Spa Day package at The Tudor Park for my daughters birthday and the girls had the most amazing day. I came across this package by chance, as I was looking for a party idea for an 11 year old, as she had outgrown the usual parties. From the moment
we arrived the girls faces were beaming. The pool, steam room and sauna were great. The afternoon tea was excellent and the staff who served the girls were very attentive. The girls finished their spa day experience with manicure and the staff made them feel very special. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this package and already a number of friends have expressed an interest to book this spa package for their daughters. Thank you SpaSeekers who have been great !!
