On arriving at the hotel it was impressive. Lovely long driveway set amidst trees. The hotel was less impressive, the decor is old and faded. The restaurant lacks TLC (very dark, no warm lighting, no pictures, no background music). The bedroom decor was dated however had ELEMIS toiletries and it was quiet and comfortable. All of the staff were lovley with great customer service skills. The spa treatments were FABULOUS. We both had back massage and a facial. Shauna and both agreed it was one of the best back massages that we have had (and there have been many) I’ll definitely book the spa treatments again.

Me and my partner stayed as part of the 1 night indulgent stay for 2. We really enjoyed our spa treatments and the pool, but our highlight was the evening meal. The food was absolutely delicious and the £30 voucher meant we only paid for drinks. After spending some time at the bar, we had an amazing night's sleep on the comfy bed. Our only criticism was that the shower leaked were the screen wasn't properly attached to the wall.

A lovely spa experience from start to finish. Great leisure access and not too busy, even with swimming lessons taking place so plenty of time to swim and use the sauna/steam room. Our spa treatments were so relaxing followed by a delicious afternoon tea. A great selection of sandwiches and cakes with the attentive staff ensuring we had our hot drinks topped up throughout. Great day, would highly recommend!
