Fantastic hotel, lovely spa, clean and friendly staff.
Really enjoyed the experience from start to finish . My daughter and I had an excellent day.
Stunning British countryside but only a short distance from Manchester. The drive to the hotel was very picturesque. Sweeping drive way with beautiful water piece on arrival before we saw the magnificent Georgian mansion. Our suite was amazing, the spa facilities fabulous and the food was excellent. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful memory. Highly recommended.
On entry to spa was greeted with a friendly welcome, provided with my robe & towel swiftly. Staff personally showed us to the brand new changing rooms, explaining where everything was & how to use the lockers.
Was able to book a last minute spa treatment, with staff willing to move other treatments around to fit my requested treatment in. This was a lovely surprise & great service. I had the Express Yoga Facial & it was very relaxing & my skin was definitely plumper after.
The facilities were all clean & well looked after.
Even though you could tell the spa was busy it didn't feel crowded or small.
A great spa experience & will definitely be returning.
Took my mum for a spa treatment day with myself. Was lovely the treatments were fantastic and the staff were friendly and very helpful x
