I booked a spa day as a gift for a friend's birthday. We ordered our lunch as soon as we arrived, the package included a 2 course lunch. The service was very slow once we had finished, to the point were we left and went to the spa forgetting the dessert (might still be there waiting). The spa was lovely, pool had a great heat, nice Jacuzzi, wasn't very busy. There are was a sauna and steam room but we didn't use. Was a very relaxing day, but we were disappointed about the slow service for lunch.

From the minute we arrived the service was excellent. We were booked in quickly; had our day explained. Food was ordered and ropes etc provided. The staff couldn't do enough for you both in the spa and when we went for a food.The pool area was clean plenty of beds for you to relax and not overly busy. We left feeling relaxed and had a great time.

Lovely venue! Pool and surrounding areas (including changing rooms) spotlessly clean! Spa Manager very pleasant and helpful. Just a shame the same couldn't be said about the lunch.

We visited at the weekend and had a really lovely relaxing spa day, with afternoon tea, for our Aunties 70th Birthday. The facilities were lovely, Spa treatments were so relaxing, my scalp massage was the nicest I've ever had (Thank you Emma!) My sister had a facial and my Auntie had a Leg energising massage. We all enjoyed our treatments. The pool water was a bit chilly, but all the staff and facilities were excellent. The Afternoon tea in the restaurant was very nice too. My Auntie had a lovely relaxing experience for her special birthday. Overall we were very happy! Thank you!
