Spa for an hour of hot and cold, floating between the sauna, steam room and outdoor hydro pool. Two 25-minute treatments add an extra layer of pampering to help you switch off.
Settle in for afternoon tea in the spa lounge, then save room for a three-course dinner at Dunes Restaurant & Bar, where the menu celebrates the coast.
