The experience was good, although we had different treatments to what we expected. We had also asked to have the treatments together, which on the day was denied.

My sister and I booked the 25min treatment with light lunch and glass of prosecco package for my mum's birthday. Staff were lovely and friendly, body scrub was so relaxing that I didn't want it to end. We chose jacket potato and chocolate brownie for lunch and the glass of prosecco went down well too! We had a relaxing time floating in the pool and using the sauna/steam room. Jacuzzi could be a little cosy if more than 3 people want to share. Very good value. Will book again next time I'm visiting family.

I bought this spa day for myself and my daughter using the Tesco club card vouchers (2 for the price of 1). Such a lovey, relaxing day. Facilities are great here. Plenty of space to lounge around the pool, hot tub, steam and sauna all available to use too. Robes and towels provided. There were even hairdryers in the changing rooms. Choice of treatments were good and the massage was fantastic. The only negative was the choice of lunch (jacket potato or a salad). Would be nice to have a sandwich option too. I have been here before and will definitely come again.

I found SpaSeekers much easier to book with than other voucher discount sites and was confident to get the date that I wanted. All staff at the Park Royal were very welcoming and helpful, especially Phoebe the masseuse, who gave the best full body massage I have ever had. Calm and relaxing yet firm where needed. My husband and I enjoyed all the spa facilities and the light lunch and would highly recommend it. I hope to visit again soon.
