Great experience, staff at reception lovely and very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Treatment very relaxing, Clair was very professional and friendly she made me feel really comfortable, had a great back massage and facial.

As soon as we walked in, we were looked after by the 2 ladies on the reception. Facilities were great and everyone was lovely, we had a thoroughly enjoyable time. We will definitely be going back.

Friendly staff and spotless spa. Me and my friend went for a neck back and shoulder massage but felt that there wasn't enough of a back massage included, most people would want this area worked more. The afternoon tea was lovely although a little awkward walking through long corridors in a dressing gown while other guests are fully clothed.

There were 7 of us in the party altogether and everything was so well organised from start to finish. The treatments were so good and tailored to the needs of us all as individuals. The only negative I have, is that a couple of the therapists, had their mobile phones on vibrate. First of all, I wondered what your safeguarding was, concerning mobile phones. It just spoiled what would have been a perfect experience overall.
