I booked the afternoon spa session with the wave bed for my daughters and me. We were met by a charming young man on the Spa reception who showed us around and explained the facilities. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the pool and Jacuzzi were lovely comfortable temperatures and the lunch was delicious (very generous sized portions!) The only negative was the sauna was out of action. The wave bed experience was wonderful. A lovely lady showed us how to use it and the three of us came out very relaxed indeed! All in all, the afternoon was fabulous value for money and happy memories made. Thank you.

Really lovely spa and with the discount on the wave bed massage we thought it was brilliant value for money, the upstairs lounge area and snacks were very nice as well, there wasn’t a huge amount of refreshments and I think that was meant to be the “light lunch” we were told about when booking. Staff were really lovely but we didn’t get a huge amount of information from them. It was a shame that the time that we were there was when there were quite a lot of very loud children in the pool area, which was fine as we were aware of it, but just be aware if you would like to have a more relaxing day maybe go at the times when the pool is adults only. We found the whole spa was very clean and really good facilities. Overall enjoyed our afternoon.

Loved every minute of our two night spa break which included treatments and meals. Best customer service we've ever received with everyone genuinely more than happy to help. Food was exquisite and the grounds and facilities were top notch. We're already planning to come back, hopefully soon!!
