Me and my wife stay for overnight. All staff were brilliant and a nice, chill room for after with refreshments to lay in before heading down to the spa facilities. We had a meal in there restaurant on the evening, after feeling very relaxed and refreshed and for two people in the hospitality industry we could pick no faults with the food or the service our waiter James was brilliant, answered all of our questions, recommended us great wine. Food was wonderfully cooked for mains my wife had the steak and the chefs made a sauce that was not on menu to cater to my wife's taste I have the cannon of lamb was beautifully cooked and seasoned we left very happy. Our room was lovely bed was very comfy with a choice of 3 different pillows to cater for your personal preference which was a great touch our only thing personally was our room was a little warm but still slept fairly well over all 10 out of 10 and we will be back again. Thank you to all the staff keep up the good work đ

Overall we enjoyed our time at the spa, the treatments were great and the spa area itself was clean and appealing. However there were a few points which could be improved - as the pool has shared access with day/hotel guests and some exercise classes it was very hard to have use of this and the hot tub. In addition, we werenât informed of where we would be eating lunch until the time of, and we had to walk all the way through the hotel and sit in a communal area (we were in swimwear and robes) where other day guests were. It felt very uncomfortable, had we have known we would have gotten changed - we think this should be moved to a more private area near the spa floor.

A really enjoyable experience. Great facilities and had plenty of time to access them all, especially enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Lunch was tasty and the service was excellent.

The hotel and the spa are fantastic along with the food and the staff. The only thing worth mentioning is that on a weekend the times in which kids are able to use the pool is prime time so it wasnât as relaxing as we had hoped for. But thatâs nothing against the spa or hotel itself itâs just worth the mention as I hadnât read that before booking.
