From the very start of our day the staff, facilities and food all exceeded our expectations. Kendal (my massage lady) was so brilliant, professional and friendly. All of the spa facilities were very clean. The two-course lunch was really top class. We selected one starter & main plus one main & desert - so got to sample the full menu. What an amazing day my friend and I had at a beautiful location. Thank you everyone.

Had a wonderful time at Marine Troon Hotel and Spa. Couldn't fault it. Had the best facial ever, unfortunately can't remember the name of my masseur but she was amazing! Lovely girl. We then enjoyed use of pool, steam room and sauna followed by delicious lunch. Every member of staff we spoke to was so friendly, polite and helpful. Want to go back 😊

On arrival staff were friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool water warm. Clean changing area. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all working, good. Treatment enjoyable relaxing. Therapist friendly and welcoming. Restaurant area clean tidy staff also friendly and helpful. 2 course lunch very nice presentation tasted lovely. Would definitely go back.

From reception to therapist and bar staff everyone was very helpful, I thoroughly enjoyed a swim, Jacuzzi and steam room before a lovely relaxing facial and shoulder massage from Kendal.

Spa day was great. Everything went really smoothly. There was a problem with the pool water which we were told upon arrival but it didn’t cause any inconvenience. Spa treatments were fabulous! Both therapists were very professional, welcoming and made myself and my mum feel at ease and relaxed. Will definitely be coming back for more treatments! Lunch was delicious, portion sizes for a lunch were brilliant, food was high quality and restaurant staff were lovely and accommodating. Particularly the young man that was serving us, very attentive and polite. Overall a fantastic day and will absolutely be booking again!
