Spa day was great. Everything went really smoothly. There was a problem with the pool water which we were told upon arrival but it didn’t cause any inconvenience. Spa treatments were fabulous! Both therapists were very professional, welcoming and made myself and my mum feel at ease and relaxed. Will definitely be coming back for more treatments! Lunch was delicious, portion sizes for a lunch were brilliant, food was high quality and restaurant staff were lovely and accommodating. Particularly the young man that was serving us, very attentive and polite. Overall a fantastic day and will absolutely be booking again!

Had a wonderful back/shoulder/neck massage from Danika, originally had a head massage booked in, however, perforated my ear drum several weeks ago and Danika kindly offered to change my treatment. I had quite a few knots which Danika was able to release. I then used the spa at the hotel: Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and swimming pool, the swimming pool was a little busy with their regulars, but you could still use it. I had a tasty 2 course lunch included, I chose a seat at the window with beautiful views, I opted for the cheeseburger (without the bun, yes you heard correctly) and the sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream, I would suggest a larger scoop of ice cream or 2 smaller ones as it needed a wee bit extra.

From start to finish it didn’t disappoint, attentive staff, wonderful food and the best massage and body scrub by Kendall I have had in a long time. We will definitely be back. The only criticism would be the pool looked a bit grubby, so we decided not to have a swim .

Amazing, from start to finish, girls at reception were very friendly and helpful, the hotel & spa has had a lot of work done since I last visited, it’s beautiful, great value for money, massage was first class, lunch was delicious, defo will be back and highly recommend!
