Fabulous as usual
Very attentive staff and lovely and quiet in the evenings. We keep coming back to this as our favourite spa.

Wonderful spa experience
This is my 3rd visit to the Greenway spa. The staff are very friendly & nothing is too much trouble.
Its quite a small spa but it has everything you need.
It was a hot day so the outdoor courtyard is perfect to relax in.
I had a very proffessional massage from Rocky & the lunchtime food is a high standard.

Very relaxing evening
We have been to the Greenway for spa days on several occasions before and it never disappoints. The staff are always polite, professional and welcoming. The spa itself has everything you want and is clean, quiet and not overly busy. The evening package is one we enjoy because after 7ish the place is almost empty. Love the hot tub which is actually hot unlike other spas we’ve been to. The pool is lovely and the perfect temperature. We had facials which were professionally done with lovely products. One small negative is that the spa brasserie closes at 5pm (the hotel restaurant is available but this is not very convenient when you’re wearing spa robes!) However, to be fair we asked if we could order a sandwich before 5pm having arrived a little earlier and staff were very accommodating. Have done spa days at various locations in Gloucester and we think overall this is the nicest and best value for money.

Exquisite Spa Evening
Me and my partner chose the evening Spa Deal to celebrate our anniversary and we were both extremely happy with the facilities and the service both of which exceeded our expectations. The outdoor hot tub in particular was a treat along with the shoulder, back and neck massages! Thoroughly feel relaxed after a wonderful evening.
