One overnight spa break, relaxing and very enjoyable. Beds were really comfortable as were the rooms, nice touch complimentary drinks in the fridge. Spa treatment was 5 star. Great location for the town centre. All in all tremendous stay.

The spa itself is quite basic, pool, sauna and steam room, no Jacuzzi. Could do with a refurbishment for sure to bring it in line with competitors offerings. For the price paid you cannot complain as it was £49 for a treatment, pool use and lunch. My treatment alone was worth more than what I paid. Louise was my therapist and she is clearly very knowledgeable and compassionate about her work. I would have paid £49 for my treatment alone. Value for money yes.

My mum, sister and I really enjoyed our spa experience at The Telford Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort. I think we were all really impressed with the cleanliness and facilities on offer. The spa is relatively small but has a decent sauna, thermal relaxation room, sensory shower (with ice!), plenty of loungers around the pool and a lovely heated pool. There were baby swimming lessons happening at the same time as our visit but this made no difference to our experience. Our treatments were excellent - very professional, friendly and relaxing. The afternoon tea that we had was excellent. Ample food and high quality. It's worth noting that there are no private cubicles for changing but the toilet and shower facilities could be used to change in if needed. The showers were clean and spacious with good control over the temperature. Overall we loved our visit and will be returning!
