My friend and I had an amazing time. Facilities were excellent and the staff helpful and friendly. The food exceeded expectations, top class. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

I would describe Stratford Manor as a hotel with a spa rather than a spa hotel. The facilities are fairly basic but pretty good. Spa reception area a bit cluttered so not the most relaxing and the shower gel etc in the changing rooms needed refilling. All the staff were very friendly. Massage was excellent, Arlee listened to my request for a firm massage and delivered! Lunch included was nice, but it really is very light and you have to pay extra for chips or chicken on the Caesar salad for example. It was very quiet when I went which made for a relaxing experience. Overall, good value for money but if you want the full spa experience may be best going elsewhere.

Organised a 1 night spa stay for a friends birthday, a complimentary drink was provided with a card which was a really nice touch. Restaurant staff, masseuse's and reception staff lovely and friendly and accommodating. I will say the spa manager was quite dismissive when we asked basic questions, such as where to get slippers and about the treatments, which was a little disappointing.

Went with daughters in law and granddaughter. We had a great time. The hotel is only three miles outside Stratford on Avon so easily accessible on our way home. Would recommend.
