Arrived for 3pm and the room was ready and waiting, the spa experience was booked for 3.30pm so had just enough time to go to the room to get ready and meet the spa staff. I had a facial and my husband had scalp, neck and shoulder massage. The experience was so relaxing and my face still feels smooth 2 days on. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant later and then went into Stratford as was so close to the hotel . The bed was super comfy and we both slept well. Breakfast was good, good quality ingredients and plenty of it. Was a really enjoyable getaway and was disappointed to leave.

Welcoming friendly reception staff, lovely clean poolside and spa, with experienced and very effective practitioners, tasty lunch again with friendly efficient staff. My daughter and I were celebrating our birthdays, we felt relaxed and pampered. We thoroughly enjoyed our day together and are looking forward to doing it all again next year.
