Booking this spa was easy and Stocks Hall contacted me directly to arrange the day. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and the day was explained as previously planned. The changing areas and showers were large and clean as was pool areas. There is a lovely outdoor seating area with Jacuzzi which we enjoyed as the weather was hot and sunny. I liked the barcode to scan to order drinks to poolside. Lunch was tasty and fresh and we enjoyed our planned therapies and in particular the beds to lounge in later with cold water and teas. I didn’t like the bright lights above the beds as I really wanted a much needed nap as I felt so relaxed. I really liked how we were not rushed to leave after the therapies, but could stay as long as we wanted. I will be booking again.
