Its Refresh Renew Journey is a full-body rejuvenation, beginning with your choice of ritual. Polish with a manicure or pedicure before diving into the mud rasul for a steamy, skin-softening escape.
Float through two hours of hydrothermal bliss in Cornwall’s largest spa, complete with the South West’s biggest hydrotherapy pool and views towards Gyllyngvase Beach. Refuel with a two-course lunch at Nourish and a smoothie to sip. This is more than a spa day – it’s a sea-scented journey back to yourself.
Experience Includes:
- 2 treatments, up to 80 minutes per person
- Two course lunch in Nourish (served between 12.30pm - 2.30pm) with a smoothie
