Please note: Aqua Circuit classes take place in part of the pool on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Family hours are 10.30am - 12.30pm and 3pm to 5pm.

Such a lovely day. Amazing massage - haven't had better. Beautiful quiet pool, perfect temperature. Delicious lunch. But only small niggle was service in restaurant very, very slow. Apart from that, perfect day.

A sweet little spa - one small sauna and steam room - really only big enough for a couple of people at once. Sadly the steam room was out of action when I was there - but otherwise a nice Jacuzzi and swimming pool. Good enough for having a paddle around, but hard to do lengths/more focused swimming when there's more than 4 people in there. Clean changing rooms with complimentary Temple Spa products. You'll get the pool to yourself around 6-7pm when everyone goes for dinner, so a good time to have a swim. Only downside is if you're staying at the hotel, you have to walk through the restaurant to get to some of the rooms, so this can be quite eye opening in your dressing gown while people are having dinner! All set in the beautiful setting of the Spread Eagle Hotel which is stunningly old and historic. Well worth an overnight visit.

An excellent Spa day from start to finish, a warm welcome, polite and helpful staff, the treatments from Nann were second to none, the facilities were excellent and the two course lunch was the cherry on the cake. We went on the spring has sprung spa day to celebrate my birthday and it was a great experience! The massages by Chloe and Laiya, and in particular the facials, were fantastic, one of the best we’ve had. The facilities are lovely, would definitely return.
