There are so many good reasons to unwind in style at The Spread Eagle, including the superbly finished treatment rooms. As soon as you settle back, you will be able to forget your stresses and strains with ease.
You will be highly tempted by the comprehensive range of treatments on offer here, so get ready to have to make a somewhat difficult choice. And the 14-metre indoor pool is perfect for post-pampering bliss.
Nothing beats a workout in air-conditioned comfort, so be sure to spend some time at the excellent gym here. This is the ideal spot for both dedicated athletes and occasional exercisers alike.
Choose from a great range of state of the art equipment to tailor your session to your own specific needs. And there are plenty of group classes should you feel the need for some company along the way.
Please note: Aqua Circuit classes take place in part of the pool on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Family hours are 10.30am - 12.30pm and 3pm to 5pm.
A mouth-watering combination of old and new will delight diners here, thanks to the modern interpretations of classic British cuisine. The Restaurant is informal yet elegant, and features a stunning inglenook fireplace.
Whether you’re in the mood for a light bite in a hurry or an extravagant multi-course banquet, this isa truly wonderful spot. And as you might expect, there is an extensive wine list on hand to make the occasion even more special.

Had a lovely day

I took my daughter to the Spread Eagle Spa for her 20th birthday. I cannot fault the Spa facilities, apart from perhaps that the hot tub was broken initially but was fixed during our visit. We had lunch afterwards which was very tasty. The main course was quite minimal though and it wasn't really worth paying an extra £5 for the steak (which was tiny). However the puddings were delicious and a more normal size. Our massages were extremely relaxing. All staff were courteous and helpful - we were very well looked after.

The spa was amazing and the staff fabulous nothing was too much bother for them.
Our booking experience also great, I had a last minute request for 3 people on a spa day they arranged it both speedily and efficiently. So pleased with our day.
Thank you both SpaSeekers and Spread Eagle.Jo Jauncey, Southampton
