Thermal heaven for two

Fancy a midweek date with a difference? This couples’ spa experience takes you deep beneath Ironmonger Row Baths, a Grade II-listed 1930s bathhouse in Old Street. Together you’ll have two hours to explore its original tiled Turkish hot rooms and marble-lined plunge pool, plus a modern thermal spa with a glowing Himalayan salt sauna and salt steam room. Robes, towels and flip-flops are provided, with fruit, herbal teas and infused water on hand whenever you need a breather.

You’ll each enjoy a 25-minute salt therapy scrub to leave skin silky smooth, followed by a 60-minute de-stress massage to ease out every last knot of the working week. Then raise a glass of fizz to a very London kind of romance. When it comes to midweek treats for two, this one’s got ‘couples goals’ written all over it!
