Booked overnight stay for 5 ladies 2 with special birthdays. Amazing hotel. Absolutely Fabulous food Friendly staff The most indulgent treatments A wonderful experience had by all - massive shout out to Chloe the therapist who went above & beyond with such enthusiasm & professionalism. Only fault was booking in at reception, no information given wasn't told about chill room with refreshments, showers & lockers, no robes or slippers supplied.

I booked a spa day for myself and a friend to celebrate her birthday. The building itself was very impressive and beautiful. The member of staff on reception was very friendly and helpful as was the spa employee. We enjoyed using the sauna and hot tub and then went for afternoon tea which was first class! The scones were delicious. My friend is vegan and was well catered for. Staff in the restaurant were also brilliant. I really enjoyed my back neck and shoulder massage and was impressed by the therapist’s knowledge. The pedicure was fabulous too and my friend said she thoroughly enjoyed her massage and facial. Overall a lovely relaxing day spent and great value for money. Only downside was there was no swimming pool but we did make use of the relaxation room and the hot tub and sauna gave us plenty to do. Would recommend for a day with a friend but maybe not for a group due to the size of the spa. I wish I could remember the name of our therapist as she was so lovely!

5 of us enjoyed a lovely day. Firstly we all went in the hot tub. It was very peaceful and serene in the mature gardens. We each experienced a wonderful back and neck massage followed by a facial. We all agreed that the scalp massage was to die for! We ended our day with a Laura Ashley afternoon tea. So many lovely sandwiches and cakes. All in all, a day we will remember for a long time. Thank you x

My friend and I had a wonderful overnight spa break at Southcrest Manor. The spa was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was excellent. Staff were warm and friendly and will be recommending to our friends and family.

Great service, felt totally relaxed. My only request would be for some shampoo/conditioner in the shower to wash the oils out of my hair before going home.
