I was unsure what our spa day would be like as I knew it was located in a fitness club, but honestly we had the best day. The staff were so attentive, professional and friendly, the facilities were immaculate. Treatments and relaxation rooms were lovely, pool, Jacuzzi etc all great. Afternoon, although I’m not usually a big fan was really nice! Would definitely recommend 😊 been to loads of spas and golf resorts and this was in a fitness centre and just as good as others I’ve been to, if not better than some of them! We’ll be booking again. Thanks for a fab day! 💖 ✨

It was my first visit to a spa didn't know what to expect but the professional of the staff explained everything and were so very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble for all the staff that work there. Both from reception to the very end of the day, nothing but excellent service throughout the day. Changing rooms, showers, toilets and facilities, treatment room was just excellent. Everything you needed hair dryers so to end your day going out feeling on top of the world and a spring in your step regardless of the weather outside pure luxury throughout.

Good choice of equipment in the gym, nice clean pool, sauna, steam and Jacuzzi. They offer a relax area in the spa, and my day included a cold glass of prosecco, which was lovely. The treatment of back massage and facial from the therapist, Alyssa, was really relaxing.

I visited the spa along with two colleagues for a "well-being/ enrichment" day. We were completely spoiled from arrival and the treatments (facial and back massage) were amazing. The facilities were spotless, quiet and relaxed. The staff were all helpful and friendly. I have recommended this to many friends, family and colleagues. I myself will definitely be returning!

The treatment was lovely and the facilities are really good. Staff are friendly and professional. The only point I don't like is that several male customers use the pool as a plunge pool, straight from sauna, this doesn't seem very hygienic.
