About

Popping to a spa in Mayfair is very much the done thing, and there’s nowhere better to do it than Park Lane Wellness. Tucked away on Park Street, a few steps from Hyde Park, this boutique day spa is a tranquil sanctuary that’s perfect for a well-earned pitstop between lunch and a little light shopping. At its heart is a bespoke Moroccan hammam, and there’s a hydro pool, steam room and Nordic sauna to sink into afterwards. Finish with a science-led SkinCeuticals facial, and you’ll leave looking every inch the Mayfair regular.

Opened in 2025 on one of Mayfair’s smartest streets, the spa is small, serene and beautifully finished. Every package includes time in the thermal suite, a robe and slippers, and delicious refreshments in the relaxation lounge. Swiss Bellefontaine facials, Hydrafacials and LED light therapy mingle on the spa menu, delivered by an expert team of therapists and aestheticians. There are even women-only spa days, perfect for a girls’ get-together. And with a dual treatment room to boot, it’s a lovely choice for some pampering with your other half too.

Here for a SkinCeuticals facial? You’re in for a treat. It begins with a complimentary SkinScope analysis – a clever LED scan that reveals what’s going on beneath the surface, so your therapist can tailor every product to your skin. Expect a luxurious double cleanse and gentle exfoliation, followed by potent actives such as vitamin C and hyaluronic acid to brighten, hydrate and smooth. There’s no downtime, so you can head straight back out into Mayfair, and you’ll leave with personalised advice to keep that glow going at home.

But the main draw has to be the hammam – the ultimate deep clean for body and soul. You’ll start with warm steam to soften the skin. Your therapist then smooths on olive-rich Moroccan black soap before getting to work with a traditional kessa glove, buffing away every last bit of dull, tired skin. A mineral-rich ghassoul clay mask comes next – and with all the products sourced from Morocco, it’s about as authentic as it gets this side of Marrakech!

Step back outside and you’re in prime Mayfair territory. Mount Street’s designer boutiques and leafy Mount Street Gardens are close by, while Selfridges and New Bond Street’s flagship stores are all within easy walking distance. For a dose of culture, the Wallace Collection’s art-filled rooms are a short stroll away, or head to the Royal Academy of Arts on Piccadilly. Alternatively, wander into Hyde Park for a lap of the Serpentine, then settle into one of the area’s restaurants or bars.

The Spa & Wellness at Park Lane Wellness

Heading for a spa day at Park Lane Wellness? Your pampering is in good hands! You’ll be warmly welcomed with a drink before changing into your robe and slippers and hitting the thermal suite.

Compact but beautifully done, the thermal suite has a hydrotherapy pool with swan-neck jets to pummel tired shoulders, while the wood-lined Nordic sauna and tranquil steam room offer two different kinds of heat. There’s an experience shower to cool off in, and an hour is just enough time to work your way through them all at a leisurely pace.

Time for a treatment? Choose anything from the signature Moroccan hammam ritual to hot stone and relaxation massages. Keep your complexion glowing with SkinCeuticals and personalised facials, or try quick fixes like LED light therapy. Between it all, the relaxation lounge serves water, tea and fruit – with coffee, chocolates and biscuits on offer if you book a longer package.

The Gym & Fitness at Park Lane Wellness

There’s no gym at Park Lane Wellness. But if you’ve been working out, it sure does make a luxurious place to recover! Deep tissue massage gets to work on stubborn knots, while the spa offers lymphatic drainage and chiropractic care too. In the thermal suite, try alternating between the Nordic sauna, the steam room and a blast from the experience shower. It’s the kind of hot-and-cold contrast many athletes swear by!

For gentler exercise, Hyde Park is just a few minutes’ walk away. Do a loop of the Serpentine, stroll the famous Rotten Row, or carry on into Kensington Gardens for the Italian Gardens and Kensington Palace. Alternatively, cross Hyde Park Corner into Green Park and on through St James’s Park for a scenic, flat walk that ends up at Buckingham Palace.

Fancy something more adventurous? Hyde Park Stables offers horse rides along Rotten Row all year round, and no experience is needed. In summer, you can brave a dip at the Serpentine Lido or hire a pedalo on the lake. You can also hop on a Santander Cycle to explore the Royal Parks on two wheels.

Restaurants & Food at Park Lane Wellness

Every visit to Park Lane Wellness starts with a welcome drink, and the relaxation lounge is stocked with herbal teas, water and fresh fruit. Book one of the longer packages and coffee, chocolates, biscuits and snacks are added to the mix. Many hammam rituals even come with a glass of traditional Moroccan tea to complete the experience.

But if you’re in the mood for something more substantial, you’re in luck. Some of London’s most famous restaurants are right on the doorstep. Scott’s on Mount Street has been serving oysters and seafood to Mayfair’s well-heeled since the 1850s, and it’s just around the corner.

For something more relaxed, the Punch Bowl on Farm Street is a handsome 18th-century pub with proper British cooking. And if afternoon tea is more your thing, Fortnum & Mason on Piccadilly is a London institution, while the food hall at Selfridges is perfect for a picnic to take into Hyde Park.

Get Directions

How to get to the Spa?

By train: The nearest Underground stations are Marble Arch (Central line), Bond Street (Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines) and Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly line), each a short walk from Park Street.

By bus: Plenty of buses run along Park Lane, a short walk from the spa. Routes 2, 23, 36 and 74 all stop at Marble Arch Station/Park Lane and at the Dorchester Hotel stop.

By car: Use W1K 7HD for your sat nav. Park Street itself is inside the Congestion Charge zone, so if you’re driving, it’s easiest to park nearby and walk. The ULEZ applies across London, so check your vehicle is compliant before you travel.

Parking: There’s no on-site parking, but Q-Park Park Lane and Q-Park Marble Arch both sit directly beneath Hyde Park, just a short walk from the spa. Both are open 24 hours a day, with electric car charging and disabled spaces. As they’re accessed from Park Lane, which runs along the edge of the Congestion Charge zone, you can park at either without paying the charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Park Lane Wellness serve afternoon tea?

Not at present. There’s no restaurant here, so the focus is on wellbeing-style refreshments instead, with herbal teas, water and fresh fruit in the relaxation lounge, plus coffee, chocolates and biscuits included with certain packages. But you’re in Mayfair, so a proper afternoon tea is never far away. Fortnum & Mason on Piccadilly is a short walk away – and it’s a real London institution.

Does Park Lane Wellness have a swimming pool?

There’s not a swimming pool in the traditional sense, but there’s something arguably better for unwinding! The thermal suite has a hydrotherapy pool with swan-neck jets to work out the knots, alongside a Nordic sauna and steam room. Pair it with a session in the Moroccan hammam and you’ll be far too relaxed to miss the lengths.

Where is Park Lane Wellness located?

You’ll find it at 3 Park Street, towards the southern end of one of Mayfair’s most elegant streets, running parallel to Park Lane between Hyde Park and Grosvenor Square. Step through the discreet front door and a softly lit marble staircase leads to a calm reception, softened with fresh flowers and a cabinet of skincare to browse. Beyond it, the thermal suite and hammam feel a world away from the bustle outside.

Hyde Park, Mount Street’s designer boutiques and New Bond Street are all within easy reach, making it the perfect spot for combining a spa visit with lunch, shopping or a wander through the park.

What should I bring to Park Lane Wellness?

Robes, towels and slippers are all provided, so you just need to pack your swimwear.

What time should I arrive at Park Lane Wellness?

The spa recommends arriving around ten minutes before your appointment, so you can settle in and start unwinding without feeling rushed. When you book a spa day, you’ll choose a morning or afternoon slot for your hour in the thermal suite, and your booking confirmation will show your exact times.

Is there accommodation at Park Lane Wellness?

Park Lane Wellness is a luxurious day spa, so there are no rooms here. But if you’d like to turn your visit into a Mayfair sleepover, you’re spoilt for choice. The neighbourhood has everything from smart boutique stays to some of the most famous (and bank-busting) hotel addresses in London – and plenty of budget-friendly options are within easy reach.

Is Park Lane Wellness accessible?

Unfortunately, due to the structure of the building, the spa isn’t suitable for disabled access. There are stairs just inside the front door and between the spa’s floors, with no lift. If you have any questions, the team will be happy to advise before you book.

Is Park Lane Wellness family-friendly?

Sorry! This is very much a grown-up retreat. Guests must be 16 or over, and 16 to 18-year-olds are welcome when accompanied by an adult and with parental consent.

Is Park Lane Wellness dog-friendly?

Hold the doggie hammam! Sadly, pets can’t join you here.

Is there a golf course near Park Lane Wellness?

You won’t find any fairways in Mayfair, but there’s plenty to fill a fun-packed day around your spa visit. Hire a pedalo on the Serpentine in summer, saddle up for a horse ride along Hyde Park’s historic Rotten Row, or browse the galleries of the Royal Academy of Arts. And with Oxford Street and New Bond Street close by, a little retail therapy is never far away.
