Our experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Diane on the spa reception was so welcoming and helpful. She couldn’t do enough for us. She was friendly and smiley and very professional. The treatments were exceptional. I had a facial and hand massage with Callie who adapted it to include a neck and shoulder massage instead of my feet due to a broken toe! In all my years of treatments I can without a doubt recommend not only the treatment but Callie was absolutely brilliant. The spa facilities were great. I would suggest some signs around the building as my sister and I got lost a couple of times between the spa and the restaurant. The lunch was lovely and again they were very accommodating when I asked for an ingredient from one dish to be added to another dish. All in all my sister said it was a perfect day. I enjoyed every minute and we both felt so relaxed afterwards. It was a much needed reset for us both. We will be coming again very soon.

I have been visiting Charlton House for many years with a friend. The hotel has been refurbished by the new owners and is looking good. Beautiful new upholstery and curtains in our room. Thank you for the upgrade as we were unable to make the stairs this stay, Our treatments were both lovely and we got a discount as I was not able to have the Lava Shell this time due to staff sickness. Our only issue was that we ordered a starter - crispy beef and when it came it was pork not beef and definitely not crispy. We did eat some of it but feedback to the waiter that we were not happy but had no apology from the chef or explanation. Apart from this another fantastic stay.
