But just when you thought you couldn’t unwind anymore, it’s time to dive even deeper into bliss.
Slow the pace still further with a soothing 30‑minute ritual – maybe a calming massage, a skin-brightening facial or even a little TLC for tired feet. Your time is precious, so take this invitation to savour some well‑earned stillness. Well, pressing pause is sometimes the most productive thing you can do.
