Spa Access Pass

Access all areas

Consider this your access-all-areas pass to Meridian’s facilities in Greenwich. The health club is yours for the whole day, so you can come and go at your own pace and make the most of everything on offer. Start by working up a sweat in the gym, where there are cardio machines and weights to keep you busy, then head through to bask in the heat.

Swap your leggings and trainers for a robe, towel and slippers, and let the dry warmth of the sauna ease out any aches. Then step into the steam room to clear your head and leave skin feeling fresh. Take a breather between sessions and go round again – with all day to play, there’s no need to rush. It’s a great-value way to recharge before heading back out to explore this buzzing neighbourhood.
