My experience was exceptional. Staff were fast and lovely in reception area and the ladies who done our treatments were amazing. Very good massage and so friendly. Overall over the moon with our experience thank you, would recommend to anyone.

Lovely, clean spa. Treatments were excellent. The relaxation room had ran out of hot water and the cold water came out drip by drip. Would be nice to have lemons in the cold water or something similar.

Clean spa and friendly staff. Treatments were excellent and facilities really good. However pool was filled with loud toddlers, which ruined the peace a little bit. Lunch was disappointing in terms of choice considering how much we paid but the portion size and quality was excellent. Robes and slippers were lovely. Overall good but could be improved.

Great pool and saunas & steam room. Well equipped gym. The spa area is large and spacious. Some of the building needs an upgrade/ redecoration. The lockers were hit and Miss when trying to lock, the regulars were moaning about this being a persistent problem. I had a back & shoulder massage with a firm pressure and it was really really good; followed by a facial which was the best I’ve ever had, courtesy of Libby - excellent. Main niggle - the car parking is very space tight and there were lots of golf carts flying about.
