We purchased the spa day with treatments and afternoon tea and it didn't disappoint for my mum`s 80th birthday she had an absolutely fantastic time everyone was warm and welcoming especially the treatment ladies and the waiter for afternoon tea a delight. Would definitely recommend as it is also set in a beautiful setting.

Our Sunday Spa Retreat was very straight forward to research and organised via the SpaSeekers website with good updates and communication post booking. The hotel is situated in an amazing and scenic part of the Trossachs with great views all around. The staff at the spa were very helpful and kept us informed of the layout and timings. The treatment rooms were very calm and relaxing and the masseurs were very professional and thorough during the back/head/foot massages. The rest of the leisure facilities were also very good however the Jacuzzi was on the small side and there was a lack of loungers and chairs by the pool to relax on after a session in the pool/sauna/steam room. The hotel room was excellent as was the food and service so all in all, we would definitely have another return visit to this hotel & spa.

This hotel benefits from its location and spectacular views over the loch. However, my relaxing spa day was not as expected. Jacuzzi wasn't working which wasn't mentioned on the website. However, the biggest issue was the number of children and teenagers in the pool. They were shouting, jumping into the pool, running, throwing a large ball etc and the experience was not the calm, quiet day of relaxation I had hoped for. I completely understand hotel guests have access to the facilities however it may be useful to have separate times for adult only sessions which could coincide with spa guests.
