Honestly this place is amazing! So relaxing and staff couldn't do more for us, nothing was an issue at all! And the massage we had was the best massage I've ever had! Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Absolutely amazing place :)

Excellent value for money and service will definitely be back for another stay Spa - there was a little issue due to staff sickness at the spa one of our treatments was cancelled but was given choices to reschedule for another visit and afternoon tea, refund for treatment or reschedule to the following day we choose to book for the following day we had use of all the facilities as-well and hotel offered us a later check out time at no extra cost. Treatment’s we’re amazing and staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and very professional. Hotel - Lovely and clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was very good and good sized portions.

Great spa break. The treatments were very relaxing and the therapists were very welcoming and friendly whilst maintaining their professionalism. Hotel was great, smelt amazing in the reception area, and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly regardless of whether they worked front of house, waiting staff or housekeeping. Only complaint was a general lack of information or direction on how the break would work. There seemed to be a general assumption that we knew where to go and what to do. Other than that, we had a very relaxing break.

We visited for my friends hen do (11 of us) staff very welcoming, rooms were ready early, used spa facilities and had a treatment. (Back massage was amazing!) Pool could of done with a little uplift, was a little cold and could of done with some calming music in the background. Food was amazing! Couldn't fault! Drinks are quite expensive. Rooms were pleasant and clean, beds are comfortable. Would recommend and would go back.
