Booked a day at the Spa as a treat for my mum. We arrived and the staff were super friendly and explained everything, the schedule was super helpful. Lunch was amazing and the portions were huge! The treatment was fantastic too and the spa and all the facilities were great, very clean and very relaxing.

My sister and I arranged a surprise spa day with afternoon tea for our sister's birthday. The whole experience was fabulous. We were greeted at the reception with a happy smiling face, the whole day was explained, we were given an itinerary and nothing was any trouble. All the treatment and activity areas were clean and relaxing. The treatment therapists were very knowledgeable and professional. Afternoon tea was very quaint and ample. Thank you for fabulous day.

The spa was easy to find, very welcoming and all of the staff and patrons were friendly. The afternoon tea was excellent. The spa itself is compact but has a pool, Jacuzzi,a relaxing area, a gym, sauna and treatment rooms and a sun terrace.
We had a lovely relaxing day that went all too quickly. We will be returning in the near future thank you.Tracy Evans, Solihull

Booking the spa day was super easy and we had no issues.
My boyfriend and I went for the one that included the Mud Rasul experience. That was easily the best part of the day - it was amazing and equal parts fun and relaxing! There is no therapist involved, it's just you in a chamber with bowls of mud, a steam room and showers. They explain how to go about the treatment and then you have the entire chamber to yourselves for an hour. My skin felt so soft and smooth afterwards.
Lunch was lovely.
Most of the spa & hotel staff couldn't have been more happy and friendly. A couple of them didn't smile at us or even really acknowledge our existence but if they're not rude then there's nothing really to complain about there.
The only thing I didn't like was a member of staff calling out to us halfway through our mud treatment asking if we're ok. I had to step out of the steam to reply and if I needed help I would have pushed the help button or stepped out myself!
Would defo go again!Garinder Shankrowalia, Coventry
