The Spa & Wellness at Lea Marston Hotel & Spa

Close your eyes and say ahhh, because it's time to step into your comfort zone. The sublime suite of spa and wellness facilities at Lea Marston are all you need to help you recline, unwind and drift into zen.

First on your relaxation to-do list? It has to be Lea Marston’s rasul mud chamber. Perfect for small groups or couples, you’ll get this cosy, intimate space all to yourselves. A therapist will talk you through how to apply the medicinal Chakra mud, then it’s over to you. Slather it on, soak up the steam and let the heat work in tandem with the natural minerals to draw out impurities from your skin.

But ancient Arabic cleansing rituals aren’t the only thing designed to get you glowing from head to toe. Breathe in the scented air and indulge in treatments to stimulate all the senses. Take your pick from a mouthwatering spa menu made up of age-defying facials, skin-brightening rituals and soul-soothing massages. And with OPI pedicures and manicures adding the perfect finishing touch, you’ll leave Lea Marston’s spa looking brand new.

Your feel-good journey doesn’t end here, though. Flit between the sleek indoor pool, hot tub, KLAFS sauna and steam room. Or just sink back into a warm bed in the relaxation room, cocooned in the blissful softness of your fluffy robe and slippers.

The Gym & Fitness at Lea Marston Hotel & Spa

Want to crunch before you brunch? It’s easy at the hotel’s health club. The sleek, modern gym is crammed with state-of-the-art equipment and it’s pleasantly air-conditioned so even challenging workouts feel like a breeze.

Build muscle in the light-filled weights room where you can take your pick from single-station machines, or go old-school with dumbbells. Power through some cardio on one of the many treadmills, cross trainers, stationary bikes or rowing machines available. And do it all in the capable hands of a team of fully qualified fitness professionals who are happy to offer advice should you need it.

Need some extra motivation? Sign up for group class. There’s aqua fit, core, Zumba, LBT, circuits and Boot Camp on offer for those who don’t like to go it alone, and they all take place in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Prefer your exercise in the fresh air? Then it’s time to hit the green. Tee off at Marston Lakes, the hotel’s own superb golf course nestled in the picturesque Warwickshire countryside. Designed to USGA specifications and spread across nine holes, it offers the perfect challenge for golfers of all abilities. But if a round of golf really isn’t for you, there’s also a fun pitch and putt course complete with lakes, bunkers and elevated greens all of its own.

Restaurants & Food at Lea Marston Hotel & Spa

You’ve nurtured your soul at the spa, now it’s time to nourish your body, and Lea Marston Hotel & Spa has just the thing to help you do just that. There are two restaurants on offer here, alongside a fabulous setting for an indulgent afternoon tea.

The Brasserie

For delectable evening dinners and sparkling Sunday lunches prepared by Lea Marston’s talented head chef and his team, head to the Brasserie. Dine à la carte, in suitably swish surroundings, on a menu of British and European-inspired dishes full of locally sourced ingredients.

Hathaway’s Pub

For a more relaxed experience, make yourself comfy among the exposed brick, wooden beams and open fireplaces of Hathaway’s Pub, right at the heart of the hotel. Sink into a squishy sofa and tuck into some gastro pub classics, or head to the light-flooded conservatory. There’s even a sun-trap beer garden where you can catch some rays alongside an alfresco sharing platter.

Bar 76

If you fancy a scone alongside your self-care, afternoon tea is served in Bar 76, Lea Marston’s well-stocked cocktail bar. Spoil yourself with delicate finger sandwiches, tempting cakes and, of course, freshly baked scones served with lashings of clotted cream and strawberry jam.

And you might just find yourself lingering in Bar 76 long after the crumbs of your afternoon tea have been cleared away. In the evening, it makes the perfect spot to unwind as you wine and dine over live music, great cocktails and some tempting treats from the informal bar menu.

Mothers day treat

This was our first spa day. Mandy on spa reception was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole day. Helped me with my locker when it wouldn't unlock. Steam room, sauna and other pool facilities were great. Lunch was a bit of a fumble. Waited around 15 minutes for main courses, even though we were booked at a specific time. Then had to ask for more veg as 1 small bowl between 3 of us wasn't enough. Chocolate fudge cake was cold and dry, disappointing. Best part of the day was definitely the deep tissue massage. Therapist was very professional and talented. Managed to get rid of the knots in my back. Would book the massage again, but definitely wouldn't bother with food.

We stayed at Lea Marston this weekend for the Deluxe Spa Break. The spa itself was clean and nice, but small. We had a lovely Afternoon Tea that we paid for separately and our check in room was very good, big, clean and spacious. Our 50 min treatment was great and relaxing and the staff were very pleasant. The only downfall of our stay was the evening meal, we had £25 each allowance for a meal and it was a good job as the food was undercooked, not cooked from fresh and left most of it. The breakfast was a bit better but by 9am they had run out of pastries and fruit which was disappointing. I don’t think we’d go again but it was a nice break apart from the meals.

Great massage, ok facilities

The massages were excellent, both me and my mother said they were some of the best deep tissue massages we have ever had! We had the spa day package, don’t recommend going before 11am as 9-11am kids are allowed in and it was my own personal hell. Facilities were ok, basic nothing exciting just your regular pool, Jacuzzi and steam/sauna. Sanitary bins full and overflowing. Hotel missing a drink not having QR codes to order drinks at the pool, could make some money. Also missing out on using outdoor space, could easily have an outdoor hot tub for adults. Small number of beds by the pool, not enough seats for everyone on a spa day. Food was good though.

Great value deal. The 3 of us finished feeling very relaxed. Lovely attentive staff (but not in your face attentiveness) and great therapy treatments. Would definately book again.

Had a good day, I didn't think the afternoon tea was worth the money, I expected some salad and a few crisps with sandwiches.

Nice day but quite noisy, as in other guests and also nail bar is not in a relaxing spot. Pedicure was more like a file and paint than a pedicure.
