I had a wonderful birthday at your lovely Spa. The staff were so lovely and supportive and everyone was helpful and kind. As part of my spa day package, I chose a head, shoulder and neck massage. Hannah my masseuse had wonderful hands. My hay-fever has been really bad this year, with blocked up sinuses and constant sneezing, but after my massage, i haven't sneezed once.

This Back to Life spa day was almost perfect. Lovely clean facilities and amazing treatment. The spa and our session was well organised. The lunch choices were limited to salads and did not include a drink, and we waited over 30 minutes for these which was literally the only downside of the experience!

Staff were really friendly and accommodating as my husband has Alzheimer's. However, it was so busy that we couldn’t find relaxing seating in the pool area which was very disappointing so we vacated it quite quickly. Not enough beds xx and comfy chairs for the number of people visiting. Food good.
