It really felt like nothing was too much trouble at this hotel. The staff were so lovely and there were lots of lovely touches such as a filtered water dispenser and cold milk dispenser in the corridor to fill a container and keep in the fridge in the room. There was a choice of 4 different types of pillows, White Company toiletries in the bathroom and a Lavazzo coffee machine too! The rooms are not the most beautiful but the bed was firm but comfortable with air conditioning and radiators. Another nice touch was a little bottle of pillow spray and an eye mask. The spa has a pool (not massive but big enough) surrounded by loungers and seats, a whirlpool, sauna and steam room. I had a lovely massage - we could have both had a 25 mins massage in the same room at the same time but hubby didn't want his so I had a full body massage instead! The food in the restaurant was delicious! What really made it for me was how helpful and friendly the staff were. Thanks for a fabulous break!

The staff were so polite and courteous. The room was big and had everything in it. Fresh milk and cold water readily available. The weather was brilliant too 😄.

What a beautiful day! We arrived just before 10am and had a complimentary coffee whilst we filled out our lunch menu. We were given bands for lockers. The spa facilities were very nice and modern and for a Saturday morning wasn’t too busy! There was lane swimming, whirlpool (although this was always busy) a steam room and sauna. There was not enough loungers for people. My favourite bit of the day was lunch. The service and waiter who served us was 10/10, very attentive, kind and quite honestly the best service I think I have ever experienced (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name); the food was amazing! Purely for this alone we would definitely return. Overall experience was stunning. The only thing I found disappointing was the staff on reception they did not seem as if they wanted to be at work, as a first time spa seeker, it would have been nice to be shown where everything was, even after asking, however, I also understand everyone has an off day :-)
