Such a fabulous day, afternoon tea was amazing, our treatments wow facial and full body massage in the Spa were just perfect, never experienced a facial and body massage like it, my therapist was amazing. We had the best day from start to finish. Such a wonderful experience for my sisters birthday. Will definitely return and stay over night next time. Thank you so much 😊

Lovely location and grounds. Wasn’t happy that we didn’t get any slippers, this is told over the phone or your arrival details and booking. If I would have know I would have bought my own. Food was lovely. Not the best that kids are in the swimming area when it’s a relaxing time for adults.

The hotel is absolutely amazing and set in gorgeous grounds. The inside of the hotel is very luxurious and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The spa weekend was booked for a friends 30th birthday present and couldn’t have asked for better. Was a very relaxing break from start to finish. The only slight downside was the shower in the hotel room wasn’t great but I’ve found that to be a common trait in Britannia hotels.

I took my daughter for her 18th birthday in February, it was our first time going to a spa but we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. We used the pool, sauna, Jacuzzi attached to the side of the pool, the steam room wasn't in use which was a bit disappointing. We got facial, neck & shoulder massage with stones, oh my days that was absolutely amazing. We loved the relaxation room my daughter fell asleep after her massage & while waiting for me as we had to go in separate as short staffed but it wasn't a problem. We went for our free drink but changed it to a hot drink as we were both cold 😀 the Starbucks machine wasn't working so had to have tea or instant coffee which wasn't a problem really. All in all we both loved our day & didn't want it to end, I got a mother & daughter day as well as a spa day & my daughter got daughter & mother day & a spa day she'd wanted for ages. We will definitely be coming again & recommending Hollins Hall. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience.

It was mine and my mums first time at a spa and we were quite nervous about it as we didn’t really know what to expect. As we arrived, we got shown exactly where to go and given our robes, towels and slippers. We had a neck and shoulder massage, facial and scalp massage. The staff doing the treatments were so lovely and welcoming and really made us feel relaxed. We also used some of the facilities here, the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, relaxation room and swimming pool. These facilities were great and really helped us to relax. The changing rooms were very clean! I would highly recommend this spa!
