We had a lovely relaxing time. Our visit included an overnight stay, full use of the spa treatments, evening meal and breakfast. The treatments were wonderful and the practitioner also advised on the best type for a medical condition, very impressive. The food was wonderful. Absolutely no complaints about the staff who were professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you for a brilliant, relaxing weekend at a very reasonable price.

Staff all friendly and professional. Great value for money. It maybe not 5 star hotel but for the amount you get for your money it is definitely value. Lovely diminutive drive to venue.

I bought a package as a gift for my cousin's birthday. We had a really lovely time. The facilities were great, had a hot tub, steam room and great gym. It was in a very scenic environment too which was great. Only thing I'd say was, the steam room smelt quite bad so we left after a few minutes, which was unfortunate.

The spa facilities weren’t very luxurious, felt a bit like a leisure centre however, the hot tub was amazing. There weren’t enough loungers for the number of guests, I think there were 6 by the pool in total. My spa treatment was really great and the therapist listened to me and was knowledgeable, but my friend said her treatment was not done the same way as mine and wasn’t so good, despite it been the deep tissue massage too. Hotel room was lovely and food was great. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a little hit and miss, pastries were burned and fruit didn’t get replenished during the time we were there so wasn’t available for us. Cooked selection was good. Hotel room was lovely and beds comfortable. Over all I would say that the spa break was value for money.
