My friend and I had a great spa experience. All of the staff were friendly and approachable. We were able to state on our treatment whether you want conversation or quiet, which was fantastic, making the treatments ultra relaxing! The treatments were fantastic. The pool area is great, the outside pool was amazing and very warm. The Jacuzzi is a perfect size and temperature. The cleanliness of the whole establishment was perfect.
A great day highly recommended.

Intimate and stylish spa. As a newbie spa goer, wasn't sure what to expect. It was a lovely, relaxing experience and we both enjoyed it. Dim lighting throughout made it very serene. The car park behind the spa (g-live) is convenient (pay and display). We would've been happy to be in the outdoor plunge pool even in the dismal weather but water wasn't warm enough for that and it's not big enough to swim. It didn't matter too much as the indoor Jacuzzi was large enough for the number of people there. (We went on a Wednesday afternoon in Feb). Plenty of towels and drinking water available. Hairdryer and straighteners in changing rooms, spacious lockers. Would've spent longer in gym but we had to go. Indian head massage was excellent. Loved the rest room with herb tea.

It is a gorgeous hotel. Gym has a good selection of equipment as well as a weights floor. The treatment I had was relaxing. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool area was lovely. Too cold for the outside pool but it looked fantastic.

A blissful afternoon
My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing afternoon at this cosy spa. We were greeted with robes and towels and given a tour of the facilities. It’s a reasonably compact spa but with enough facilities to enjoy for several hours. We felt very relaxed and the package was excellent value, including two 25 minute treatments. We both really enjoyed our back massage and facial and staff were professional and friendly. Would definitely visit again.
