Had a lovely day, surprise for partners birthday and the manager gave her a little bag of gifts. Lovely gesture! Sauna and steam room were lovely, bit disappointed that the bubbles weren’t working in the spa pool and it was a bit cold. The staff were lovely that greeted us at reception and super helpful.

Wow! My mother and I had a spa day here today and both had a wonderful time. All staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. The spa facilities were fab, plenty of loungers around poolside for those that wanted to relax too. My treatments (back massage and facial) were carried out by Charlotte and I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards! Afternoon tea was yummy and we even got a complimentary bucks fuzz each and a hot drink upgrade as it's Christmas time! So so happy with our visit today and we will be returning in the New Year for sure! Thank you x

We were on the 'Girls Night In' package deal which we thought was good value for money as included dinner, bed and breakfast, a 25 min treatment each, a pre dinner cocktail and glass of wine. The leisure facilities weren't the best - very much feels like a hotel pool etc rather than a relaxing spa location but for the money paid we were happy. The steam/sauna were both good and plenty of loungers which was great (as have been to other places where these have been an issue). The pool itself was quite cold and the 'bubble pool' was also quite cold so note it's not a Jacuzzi/hot tub (in fairness they do advise this) The back/neck/shoulder massage with Katie was very good - thank you! Dinner in the restaurant/breakfast was also good but staff seemed quite frantic at times/it took a while for us to get served. Overall would recommend if looking for a cheap getaway :-)

All staff were friendly & helpful. The beauty therapist was lovely. I had an amazing massage & mini manicure. The afternoon tea was good & the Waitress very helpful. My friend and I had an enjoyable day. Online booking was confusing so I ended up phoning. The person I spoke to was really helpful.
