We had a cream tea, massage, and full use of spa facilities. The pool area was fantastic, unfortunately not every area that was meant to be a Jacuzzi had the bubbles working, but that is my only criticism for the pool, the massage was extremely relaxing and was dine with care. The afternoon cream tea very nice. The whole areas where we went was lovely and clean even the dressing rooms, so over all we had a fantastic time.

We arrived early at reception and got a fabulous welcome at 9.45am by staff - our days program was explained and we picked up our towels and freshly laundered robes and taken to the changing rooms to prepare for our treatments. On return to the waiting area for treatment, which was comfy and cosy we waited and bang on time the lady doing the treatment. The rest of the day followed in the same way....... it was just what we wanted and needed to recharge. No trauma, no drama, 100% attention given. Leaving at 3.45pm totally distressed and relaxed.

Booked a day for myself & my sister as a birthday treat. We used the pool on arrival and had booked treatments and an afternoon tea. Shona, our therapist was amazing, the best full body massage in a very long time, just what was needed. The treatment room was very relaxing and Shona was so professional and caring and I definitely felt a shift in my energy after my treatment and felt much calmer and more relaxed. An afternoon tea finished off our lovely day. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely day, surprise for partners birthday and the manager gave her a little bag of gifts. Lovely gesture! Sauna and steam room were lovely, bit disappointed that the bubbles weren’t working in the spa pool and it was a bit cold. The staff were lovely that greeted us at reception and super helpful.
