The service from start to finish in the spa was amazing. The treatments were fabulous. The venue stunning, just a shame it's a short walk outside to the outdoor heated pool, as you scurry past e.g. gardening staff and other guests walking by. I have mixed reviews about the horse box restaurant (feedback via trip advisor). The food was yummy but the timing available was a little disappointing and service varied dependent on waiter.

I stayed here as part of a babymoon break with my wife who was 8mths pregnant.
The room, food (in the Horse Box), facilities and breakfast were all excellent.
There was a mess-up in the spa as my wife had booked a pedicure that had to be cancelled, however she was given a facial free of charge as an apology.
Only other negative was that the steam room was out of order. All in all a great trip and would definitely go back!Martin Turner, Mitcheldean

Booked this spa deal with SpaSeekers for a special birthday treat for my daughter. The price was incredibility competitive for the spa at this five star hotel. The treatments were good in a highly relaxing environment
The icing on the cake for me was the outside heated pool which was lovely warm and clean. Overall the facilities were great the service impeccable and the cream tea delightful. Beautiful location there is nothing I did not like about this beautiful old house which is steeped in history.Donna Davis, Gloucester
