Elements Day Spa Penwortham is open throughout the week, offering plenty of opportunities to unwind – just not on Mondays, when the spa takes a well-earned rest. From Tuesday to Friday, doors open at 10am, with evening appointments available until 7pm on Tuesdays and Fridays, and a little later (until 8pm) on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Saturdays start earlier, with treatments available from 9am to 5pm, perfect for a weekend refresh. On Sundays, the spa opens from 10am to 4pm, but do note it’s only open every other week.

Elements Day Spa began its journey in the South of France back in 2011, originally known as Elements Institut De Beauté. But the founder’s heart belonged to Preston, and she soon returned home to bring her vision of holistic luxury to Lancashire. After a year working out of the Mandala yoga centre, she found the perfect spot in Penwortham, and began building the talented team that defines Elements today.

Fast forward through a few lockdowns and a lot of growth, and Elements now boasts two locations and a reputation for blending continental elegance with warm northern hospitality. The Penwortham branch is the flagship, complete with four treatment rooms, lash and nail stations, two relaxation lounges, and a mud rasul chamber, plus delicious spa platters from local favourite Happy Bunnies.

Beyond Penwortham, Elements Day Spa has extended its signature style to Barton Manor Hotel & Spa, where enjoy treatments in three serene rooms alongside nail and makeup stations, all nestled within the hotel’s newly renovated spa facilities, complete with steam room, sauna, pool, mud rasul, and gym. 

The minimum age for treatments and spa packages at Elements Day Spa Penwortham is 16, so it’s only really suitable for adults (or your spa-loving older teens!).
