The staff were amazing, starting with Triston on reception who was so helpful, the staff at the spa and waitresses and waiters. Food was great and everything was clan and tidy. Everyone was friendly and warm.

Very helpful and welcoming staff. We attended a Twilight session so did not have any treatments but the facilities were good. Glass of fizz and canapes were very nice. Very relaxing evening.

The whole spa experience was amazing. The staff were efficient, friendly and considerate. The spa was clean and not too busy, which made it more enjoyable. There were plenty of showers, toilets, lockers, etc. We loved the separate sauna and steam room for spa guests which you could access through the Tranquility room. We had these rooms to ourselves as most people used the other sauna and steam room near the pool, which was much busier. The pool was huge, with very few people using it, so I loved having the chance to swim many lengths. I had a salt and oil scrub which was amazing and left my skin feeling so soft. My husband had a back massage which he said was excellent. Overall a wonderful experience.

Lovely relaxing day: good facilities. Clean. Friendly greeting of staff on entrance. Friendly therapist. The only thing was for our afternoon tea we were seated first and got our food last, couldn't order something extra (chips) as machine was not working and I am dairy free so I had no choice but to eat what was served which was ok but upsets my tummy if I have too much. Simple things like we had no cutlery and no milk jug it was a mug of milk which spilt. All small things but would really help if they made some small adjustments otherwise a fantastic day.
