Afternoon tea is a speciality, so if you’re in the mood for the ultimate foodie indulgence all you have to do is ask. Another added temptation will be outdoor picnics, which the hotel will prepare for you to enjoy in the grounds.
The Spa appears to be relatively new, everything was very clean, staff very welcoming. Steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi and relaxing room all very enjoyable. Treatments were good, lovely lava shell massage and rose quartz facial would recommend both. One negative is the size of the changing rooms, quite small although they do have individual changing areas which was a welcome change. £20 for 2 hours spa use is good value. Would recommend.

Excellent value and service
This was my first time here and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were excellent and the treatments also excellent. Very good value for money and I shall be returning and recommending to others.

My daughter and I had a lovely day at the spa. It was clean and relaxing. The afternoon tea was very nice and then we had a walk round the grounds and garden. We sat in the lounge in front of a lovely fire then went back for our treatments at 4pm.
The whole day was fantastic and we will definitely be returning next year.

Wonderful relaxing day
I visited the spa with my friend as we were celebrating her birthday.
The staff were all very friendly, accommodating and efficient from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.
Spa facilities were very clean and tidy and we were given a full tour before being shown into the changing rooms where we were given a locker, robe, slippers and a towel.
When our treatments were due a member of staff came to find us and took us into the treatment rooms.
I had a 30 minute facial which was very relaxing.
After this we went into the hotel for afternoon tea. The service was very prompt, staff were very polite and the food lovely.
I would definitely recommend this experience to others and will be back to visit.

It is with great pleasure I write this review! I booked a overnight stay and spa for my mums 60th and all I can say is WOW! We have had the most amazing weekend and will DEFINITELY be back!
Firstly over all the value for money was second to none! The therapist in the spa were friendly and very welcoming, our treatments were also great and performed with real professionalism! The wet spa was clean and totally relaxing!
The hotel it’s self was also beautiful! Well maintained and the rooms we stayed in where out of this world with everything we needed!
We had dinner and breakfast in the Grill Room! Both our meals were fantastic! I wish I could remember the name of the lady who served us because she is a real credit to the team! She made us laugh and was extremely attentive!
Overall a fantastic experience! We all loved every minute of it!
