Booking through SpaSeekers, was nice and easy. The treatments were really nice and the staff were professional and made us feel relaxed. We were disappointed after having put on the booking form that we needed one vegetarian and one lactose free afternoon tea (the reception team had even checked this with us upon arrival), we were given a vegan afternoon tea. The scones were frozen which we had to ask to be replaced, one of ‘sandwiches’ was just lettuce and tomato between bread, which showed no imagination. This was a shame as we had visited them before, and had a really enjoyable experience, but this will make us think twice about recommending the Chase to anyone else.

Visited with my sister and had a great experience from the moment we entered. We had our treatment straight away though it would have been nice to have a bit of leeway but we still received what we were expecting. Such an amazing treatment by the therapists - Whitney was fantastic and made my face and feet feel brand new! I would definitely recommend the rebalancing one. Lunch was very tasty and prompt (in fact we received ours before another couple there before us oops!) staff really helpful and pleasant, no gripes there, and nice spa facilities. The time whizzed by and 4 hours was over, but it was sufficient when you have family to get back to and just need a bit of ‘me time’ out!

We stayed here for a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast spa break and the spa treatment was wonderful. All Spa staff were very attentive and friendly and gave us lots of information. Treatments were excellent and my wife and I were offered to have side by side treatments, which was nice. Felt very relaxed when we came out.
