Facilities were clean and warm. All the staff were lovely. Both treatments were amazing and very relaxing. Afternoon tea was delicious. Excellent value for money!

Lovely welcome from Ben at reception. My pool experience was also great, happily a nice size pool. My spa therapist Natasha had magic hands. Lovely afternoon tea al fresco.

We arrived at the hotel, we wanted our light lunch first as it was lunchtime when we arrived. We ordered 3 chicken salads & 1 pepperoni pizza & paid for 2 extra portions of chunky chips which cost £9. Our salads arrived quickly, but we waited so long for the pizza & chips. Well I can honestly say it was the worst lunch I had ever tasted. The salad was awful. The chicken was so chewy, full of soya sauce or something but was still dry, the lettuce was soggy & hadn't been washed. Then there was some concoction in the middle which was just awful. When the pizza finally came out it was soggy & undercooked. The chunky chips came in the tiniest bowls. The actual spa was lovely, the treatments were so good, the pool was lovely, Jacuzzi nice & warm. Unfortunately I wouldn't get the light lunch package again because the food was dreadful.

Myself and my partner had a lovely time at the spa and found the treatments very relaxing and revitalising. Also enjoyed the light lunch at the garden. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We would definitely recommend it :)

Wonderful 25min head, neck & shoulder massage. Pool & changing area clean and tidy, Jacuzzi warm, experience shower cold, stream room and sauna all good. All staff warn, friendly and courteous, light lunch also a great addition with a glass of Prosecco or soft drink of choice and fruit salad. No complaints.
