Fantastic hotel, great setting on the lake. Rooms spacious and modern. Bathrooms need updating. Spa staff all very friendly and the massage was one of the best I've ever had. Overall a fantastic value for money stay. The only negative is that you get allocated a 1h pool area slot which I wasn't advised about.

The spa itself was in a beautiful location and the staff on reception were really friendly and helpful! The facilities in the spa were limited, the sauna and steam room were the best bits and the spa itself was very clean. The ice fountain wasn’t working, the water faucet wasn’t working for drinking water. The pool had Jacuzzi functions but the water wasn’t particularly warm and some of the Jacuzzi massage jets seemed broken. The experience shower claimed to have aromatherapy and warm water but that was also cold and no aromatherapy. The price was really reasonable for a day spa all day access, but because it was small and felt like the facilities were below expectations we only stayed a couple of hours. Probably wouldn’t race to come here again, I didn’t have a treatment so can’t comment on that but they had a wide range on offer and beautiful bar.

Overall an enjoyable visit with a nice room and location. Treatments were fantastic and so were the hotel staff who were very helpful. The only downside was dinner, which we had added to our package giving us £50 dinner credit (although that is pretty much used up with 2 mains) Food took over an hour to arrive and when it did my girlfriend’s food was awful. Bland tasteless and for £20 shocking. Thankfully the staff completely understood our situation and resolved the issue by removing it from our bill without even asking, which massively went a long way with us and turned what could have been a disappointing experience into one where the staff did some excellent service recovery. Aside from that the hotel for us was faultless and overall completely enjoyable

Great welcome, spotlessly clean changing rooms, spacious lockers need a £1/€1 deposit. Lovely pool, with a steam room and sauna. Everything you need for a chill-out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend a visit.

We arrived ready to relax and that’s exactly what happened! Lovely friendly staff. Use of spa facilities (I must admit that the pool was a little busy with families due to the summer hols) but sauna & steam room were good. Hubby had a back massage which he said was very well administered. We had the Rasul after which was bliss, then chance to enjoy the relaxation room before heading to the restaurant for a delicious afternoon tea. All staff were informative and friendly throughout.
