Fantastic deal!! The hotel is in a brilliant location being in-between Cheshire Oaks and Chester. At the hotel we had a huge room which was great as we were also able to sit and relax in also. The food was lovely and a very good selection for evening meal and the afternoon tea was just the right amount. The spa were very accommodating with us alternating some treatments due to a medical condition and the treatments themselves were perfect and very relaxing. The facilities available in the leisure section were good with a gym, pool and various classes. The only very small issue we had was housekeeping wasn't great, otherwise we can't fault it! We would definitely come back.

Hotel is lovely, spa was clean, treatments were excellent, not many facilities though, doesn't have a dark room after your treatment, the sauna and steam room are very small, it would be uncomfortable if there were any more than 2-3 people in them really. They have children's swim a few times throughout the day, afternoon tea was was ok, cakes weren't home made and a bit dry, service was good however, the girls in the spa were nice.

This is a return visit for me. Again absolutely lovely. Spa ladies looked after us well, as did the restaurant staff.

I have been to Crabwell manor a few times for spa days and it is always good. I visited with my daughter this time so we used the gym, pool and treatment rooms which are all spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and spa treatments were excellent. We also had an afternoon tea which was good.

Nice warm pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Lovely and quiet when we went on a Thursday. I had a really great massage as part of the package, combining a head, neck and. shoulder massage and a scalp massage. Afternoon tea was served in the drawing room which was a nice comfortable room. Staff were friendly and added to the lovely spa experience. Definitely worth the money and would recommend this package.
