I’ve been to Charlton House on a few occasions, and I always end up gravitating towards the hydrotherapy pool. My favourite times are always when I settle into the soothing waters and forget all about everything else. I’m planning to go again in the summer with a friend of mine, and I already know that I’ll be spending some time in the pool. I guess I’ve always been a creature of habit!

A neighbour of mine had spent a say at Charlton House recently, and she kept telling me that I’d love the place. Well, I’ve just come home after a day there and she was absolutely right. I felt like I was unwinding as soon as I entered the building, and that feeling stayed with me all day. I had a couple of gorgeous treatments then spent some time in the hydrotherapy pool. Sheer bliss! If you haven’t already been, you really need to go.

Charlton House is one of those places that had been on my radar for some time, but I only recently paid my first visit. I shouldn’t have left it that long, because it’s an absolute paradise! Everything about the place seems to be geared towards helping visitors to relax, and that’s always a plus point in my book. It definitely won’t be long before I make a return visit.
