The whole experience was wonderful from the check in at the spa reception through to the treatments and afternoon tea. Staff were very friendly and professional. Had a lovely day and already looking forward to our next visit. Only criticism is flip flops were not provided .

Our 4th year of staying at the Belfry. We pay for the 1 night package and 50 min massage. Included also is £32 dinner voucher, free breakfast. We also arrived early and were in the pool at 12. This is such good value. We also had the surprise of being upgraded to a suite. The staff are friendly and the spa staff. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I went for my birthday. We arrived in good time and were greeted warmly by the reception staff. The spa was smaller than I was expecting but they offered a Jacuzzi, stream room, sauna, pool and relaxation room. The staff were helpful and polite. Brook delivered two excellent treatments. The changing facilities were plentiful. Even when we arrived during an external pool class. Showers hot and powerful. We had a 'light' lunch which was amazing value for the three courses. And the ceasar salad was gorgeous, one of the best I've had. No scrimping on the ingredients! My only gripe would be that in places the place was a little tired looking and not the cleanest. But all in all a fabulous day. Thank you Belfry!

Lovely hotel and spa staff very friendly. Lunch was very slow and we had to remind them of the lack drinks offered that were paid for. All in all a very good day and spa treatment was lovely.

The treatments were all perfect and the staff were lovely. The spa itself could do with some updating in the form of decoration and things like the changing rooms being very wet. But I think this is taken into account by the price .

Second time here for a spa day for my youngest daughter's birthday treat! Great swimming pool(nice and warm) 2 different saunas, hot tub, relaxation room, good lunch and wonderful treatments together! Would happily recommend!
