My daughter and I went for my birthday. We arrived in good time and were greeted warmly by the reception staff. The spa was smaller than I was expecting but they offered a Jacuzzi, stream room, sauna, pool and relaxation room. The staff were helpful and polite. Brook delivered two excellent treatments. The changing facilities were plentiful. Even when we arrived during an external pool class. Showers hot and powerful. We had a 'light' lunch which was amazing value for the three courses. And the ceasar salad was gorgeous, one of the best I've had. No scrimping on the ingredients! My only gripe would be that in places the place was a little tired looking and not the cleanest. But all in all a fabulous day. Thank you Belfry!

Lovely hotel and spa staff very friendly. Lunch was very slow and we had to remind them of the lack drinks offered that were paid for. All in all a very good day and spa treatment was lovely.

The treatments were all perfect and the staff were lovely. The spa itself could do with some updating in the form of decoration and things like the changing rooms being very wet. But I think this is taken into account by the price .

Second time here for a spa day for my youngest daughter's birthday treat! Great swimming pool(nice and warm) 2 different saunas, hot tub, relaxation room, good lunch and wonderful treatments together! Would happily recommend!

The most relaxed I’ve felt in a long time. I thought we were just booking a classic room on the phone but when we got there we were surprised to see we’d been put in the Junior Suite! A great surprise. The bath is a Jacuzzi, the minibar was free, a separate living room. The leisure centre was lovely. We spent time going from sauna, to Jacuzzi, to steam room to pool and also took time to have a herbal tea in the relaxation room. We each had massage treatments. My boyfriend had one that focuses on back and legs, while my treatment was more about my back, shoulders, neck, face and scalp. Receiving exfoliations and many creams; I really felt pampered. A lovely difference to a regular massage. For dinner we both ordered the steak (absolutely worth it). 10/10 highly recommend.
