Staff were very friendly, hotel was nice and clean. Great spa treatments, was difficult to relax as right next to a very busy entrance to the spa/pool area and with a very noisy door. Sadly when booking as part of a spa break there is no mention that there are kids swimming lessons happening in the afternoon and evening which distracts from the relaxing part of the stay.

The spa area is very small and gets crowded. Couldn’t get near the hot tub as it was always full (with people also waiting to get in). Not enough chairs or loungers. Hotel was nice tho and the food was wonderful. Has a great massage too.
