The spa area is very small and gets crowded. Couldn’t get near the hot tub as it was always full (with people also waiting to get in). Not enough chairs or loungers. Hotel was nice tho and the food was wonderful. Has a great massage too.

This is the second time I have visited the Cambridge Belfry and once again, we've had a lovely, relaxing stay. We have used SpaSeekers to book her before and have always found the price to be the best around. We booked a Spa break package. The spa, treatments and the meal included were excellent. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I will be booking again!

Took my daughter for a birthday spa break and had a wonderful time! The spa treatments were amazing and very relaxing. The staff were all extremely polite and professional. The facilities were excellent and well maintained. We used the Jacuzzi, the pool and the relaxation room. There was a sauna and a steam room which were also great. We had the use of robes and were given towels. We had a delicious dinner, cooked to perfection! Breakfast was plentiful and a wide variety of options was available. All in all, I’m so pleased with my choice of spa break and my daughter was so happy and had a fantastic birthday!

It is easy to find, plenty of parking. The staff are friendly & helpful. The room is spacious, with comfortable beds. The bathroom does look a bit tired but perfectly functional. We enjoyed our cocktails & dinners, very good service & generous portions. The breakfast was a little let down, the hash browns wasn’t freshly cooked, the bacon was dried & not enough fresh fruits & patties on offer, we’re not replenished promptly. The steam room was not working, the staff did not noticed & could not get it to work, which was disappointing. But the best part is the facial with top of the range Elemis products. The therapist Lily was excellent. Will definitely come back again.
